2005 VRSCA (KM version)(narrow LCD)

Hello,
I’m a new member of this forum. I’m looking for information how can I order the faceplate? On the website are more information about how to send kit gauges, how I should package it, etc, but information about order  only faceplate are very poor. Maybe I miss something. I send twice email to Scott  but unfortunately no answer, maybe his busy.  
That the reason way I ask anybody here what should I do to order almost the same faceplate like in first post above. Almost because I’m looking for white one in km/h similar to stock one, no any picture or any custom.
 
Does anyone help me?
 
The shipment should be send to Poland (Europe).
