Yell.
One week later I've change my faceplate. I've done some pics and I'm trying to show how to do it on the new Busa Gen.II

Some pics of the result :

On the two last pics : see the two differents mods ...

This pics show you what to change :

First : you have to remove all the gauges.

To do this :
First : remove the lower metter panel

to do this remove the two pins on the left and the fight of the panel and the screw on the center bottom the key :

After remove the 4 pins, you have to remove the upper metter panel.
To remove it you have to pull on the left and right of the panel :

and after pull on the center :

After remove the upper metter panel, you can remove the left and right screw of the metter himself :

After removing the two screw, remove the metter panel : pull on the left and on the right :

The panel is maintened by two ergot :

Unplugged the main connector :

At the end you have something like that :

A little pause ...

Now you have to remove the back and the front of the gauge metter :

To Remove the screw and work on the gauge metter : put it on a
soft piece of tissue (to prevent from making scratch)

Without the back :

Remove the screw on the top of the gauges :

Personnaly I advise you to start with the speedometter (try with the one you won't use at the end : I suppose you should use the mph speedometter, so do some try with the kmh first ...)
Train to put it at the right place (to do it : put the indicator/needle/pointer throw the center hole) :

(without the two screw)
If you are ok with the technic, remove partial piece of the tape on the final faceplate :

And put it on the gauge metter. You should have at the end :

Now be carefull with the wire, they are extremely breakable (on the end of the wire) (particularly here)

I advise you to put the wire on the hole of the main connector.
Now you can put again the back and the front of the gauge : do it very slowing : if something has bad placement : you could break the wire (sorry I don't know how to explain it better)

You can put back the gauge metter to the bike :

Remove the left panel :

Plug the 4 wire to the central connector and fixe all of it like this :

Plug the main power of the central connector to the left front flashing :

Tape the gauge central on the left :

Be carefull with the wire of the variator command :

After all, you can put back all the panel ...

Enjoy ...
