1= light green/red  =  Neutral (ground to activate)
2= green            =  Ground
3= yellow/green     =  Tachometer (100Hz = 3000 RPM)
4= green/black      =  Ground 
5= green/blue       =  Temp (ground to activate)
6= pink/green       =  Speed (1KHz = 63 MPH)
7= brown/white      =  Backlight +12v
8= black/brown      =  Ignition +12v
9= white/green      =  WIN (IN)
10=red/green        =  Battery +12v
11= (empty)
12=grey             =  WIN (OUT)
13=white            =  High beam indicator (apply 12v to activate)
14=orange           =  Left turn indicator (apply 12v to activate)
15=blue/red         =  Oil indicator (ground to activate)
16= (empty)
17=light blue       =  Right turn indicator (apply 12v to activate)
18=white/blue       =  Fuel inj indicator (ground to activate)

20=brown/black      =  Fuel Level (1k-5k across 4 and 20 = full tank  92k-96k across 4 and 20 = empty tank)
